Navigo Nepal was built on the belief that young people have the power to change the world — starting with their own communities. As a volunteer, you will be at the forefront of this change, delivering career counseling, leadership training, and environmental education to students who need it most. Our volunteers do not just assist; they lead sessions, design content, and build lasting relationships with schools and students across Nepal.

We recruit volunteers who are passionate about making a difference. Whether you are a university student, a young professional, or someone with expertise in education, leadership, or community development, there is a place for you at Navigo Nepal. Our volunteer program is designed to be rewarding for both the communities we serve and the individuals who serve them. You will gain hands-on experience in program delivery, public speaking, content development, and project management — skills that will serve you for a lifetime.

What You Will Do

Volunteers are involved in every stage of our programs. Before a session, you will help with research, content development, and preparation of materials. During sessions, you will lead interactive activities, facilitate group discussions, and engage directly with students. After sessions, you will assist with assessments, feedback collection, and impact evaluation. Beyond program delivery, volunteers also help with outreach, school coordination, event planning, and social media management. Every volunteer contribution directly impacts the lives of students across Nepal.

Our volunteer recruitment process is designed to find individuals who are genuinely passionate about education and community impact. We look for people who can actively contribute to our common goals and who have the dedication to see projects through from start to finish.

Step 1: Submit Your Application

Fill out the volunteer application form with your personal details, educational background, and a brief statement explaining why you want to volunteer with Navigo Nepal. Tell us about your skills, experiences, and what you hope to gain from this opportunity.

Step 2: Interview

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an interview (in-person or virtual). This is a chance for us to learn more about you and for you to learn more about Navigo Nepal. We assess your communication skills, motivation, and alignment with our mission.

Step 3: Orientation & Training

Selected volunteers undergo a comprehensive orientation program covering Navigo Nepal's mission, methodologies, session structures, and expectations. You will be trained on how to deliver our programs effectively and will have the opportunity to shadow experienced volunteers before leading sessions on your own.

Step 4: Start Making Impact

After completing your training, you will be assigned to a program and school. You will work alongside fellow volunteers and coordinators to deliver sessions, collect feedback, and contribute to the growth of Navigo Nepal's impact across Nepal.
